Sandra had found several tenants for me over the past seven years or so.
I believe that I had used your real estate agency in the distant past. She worked long hours and dealt with difficult situations more than once. She not only answered questions from me but also responded to numerous requests from my tenants, who were driving me crazy. She was up until the late morning hours to list my duplex on a Sunday night for a one-day, open house to accommodate requests from my tenants. The open house generated excitement and brought in seven bids. This open house was alot of work because it was for a duplex, during virus restrictions, when appointments for viewing were scheduled in fifteen minute increments, with potential buyers viewing both sides of the duplex. She also helped in preparing the duplex for appraisal, after tenants left the property in not the best condition. Regarding buying "my" house, Sandra came up with ways, in this extremely tight housing market, to help me bid on and eventually secure the house I was dying for, that will change my life so much for the better: from changing the purchase and sale agreement to show the seller how serious I was about buying the property (at 10pm on a Sunday), to being in constant conversation with the realtor and with me. Sandra's openness and friendly nature makes people feel at ease. She stayed in touch with the realtor throughout the bidding process and was able to find common ground and make a new connection with this realtor. Sandra even talked with the realtor and learned that his nephew could replace carpeting in "my" house, even before the closing. I was in communication with the nephew and the floors are complete and look beautiful. It's not part of a realtor's job but Sandra also helps people deal with the loss of a house after an unsuccessful bid. Sandra went over the top in selling my duplex and in helping me buy my new home.

The attention to my wants and wishes were above and beyond met. She was with me every step of the way in many situations sometimes doing tasks never attempted or offered by a Realtor. Sandra and I have known each other for several years we are family not by blood but by years of acquaintance. We have lots of history. My decision to have Sandra sell the home was many years before my parents were even ill and I became their caretaker for 8 years living in that home. I called her to give her a heads up that in the future she was my choice for this fragile and painstaking event I was to be taking on in my life. This is her calling and she exceeded my expectations.
